Return & Exchange Policy
* Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached.
* Additional shipping fees will be charged for returns or exchanges.
* If there are sizing issues or defects, customers can return or exchange the item after receiving the package.
* Final Sale - Exchange Only. No Returns.

Exchanges:
Exchange is allowed in case our product has manufacture problem and we pay the shipping fees.
In case the customer has problem with the size unforunately the customer pay the shipping fees.
Note... Maximum period to accept exchanges is 5 days from receiving the product.
Refunds:
Refunds are allowed within 24 Hours, in case our product has manufacture problem we pay the shipping fees. Otherwise, the customer will pay the shipping fees.
Note... Exchange or Refund fees 150 LE
